Peter Procopio

Peter Procopio is an experienced Civil Engineer and Construction Leader with over 30 years in the building and construction industry. Since graduating from the University of New South Wales in 1991, he has built a strong reputation delivering complex, large-scale projects across residential, commercial, infrastructure and mixed-use developments.

Peter’s career is grounded in hands-on project and construction management, with extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing projects from early feasibility through to completion. He has held senior roles with leading organisations including John Holland, Paynter Dixon, TOGA, and Leighton Contractors, as well as operating his own development company. Peter currently holds the position of General Manager – Property Development at Anglicare.

Most recently, Peter has been involved in a range of residential development projects across Sydney, working both client-side and contractor-side. His project experience includes major developments such as the Sydney Metro Waterloo Integrated Station Development, large-scale residential apartment projects, and high-profile mixed-use precincts.

Peter brings deep expertise in construction methodology, stakeholder management, design coordination, and commercial delivery. He is known for his ability to manage complex interfaces, navigate challenging project conditions, and deliver outcomes aligned with both commercial and client objectives.

Throughout his career, Peter has demonstrated strong leadership, clear communication, and a practical, solutions-focused approach. He is passionate about continuing to contribute to high-quality projects and working collaboratively with established teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Ben Radloff

Ben joined the team in 2026 and serves as the Minister for the 5pm Congregation. He studied Chemistry and High School education at UNSW before undertaking MTS with Campus Bible Study and has recently graduated from Moore Theological College with a Bachelor of Divinity in 2025. He is passionate about training up the next generation of disciples for Sydney and beyond. Ben, with his wife Bec, enjoy just about any genre of music, good food, and camping in God’s beautiful creation.
